Hebrew for Beginners website - Website Review.

 This is an interesting website:

 http://www.goethe-verlag.com/book2/EN/ENHE/ENHE002.HTM

You get the English translation on the left side of the screen, and on the right side, you have to put in the missing letters.

This can be a bit of a challenge, but you can hit the button, and hear the phrase so that is a big help.

It is an interesting concept.

The only downside is that there are no pictures of the words and phrases that we are studying on this site, it is very text based so for young students that might be a downside.

I will try it tomorrow in Hebrew class!!

IcanspeakHebrew.com Site Review

This is a site that I just found, https://sites.google.com/view/i-can-speak-hebrew

It has different levels, mostly for beginners.

The Alphabet training is interesting, when you click a letter, it will say it for you.

I suggest that learners first say the letter with the vowel, and then click to check that you said it correctly.

Here is a sample picture of the letters with vowels that you will learn.

I will use this with my very beginning Hebrew Students!!

Then, go on to the next level, which are common words.  This works the same way.

It is a good site for beginners.  The upper levels have cute pictures of common words in Hebrew that every Hebrew learner should know.

Good Luck learning Hebrew.
