Along to go with teaching how to understand the Psalms, you have too look at the background of each psalm and find out who wrote it, when it was written and how it was used in the Temple. I have looked at many commentaries, and this one seems so far to give all this information in an easy to read Hebrew, (no vowels, sorry about that) I was walking home from giving a guitar lesson at Lenegen B'kef Rachael Music Teacher and I saw this display of books next to the Central Bus Station.

Rachael reading Psalm 1
I started to read it and I got so absorbed that it was 8:30pm by the time I looked up and realized that I forgot to eat dinner! I quickly bought the book for 78 NIS and hurried home. So if you want to study this with me, go ahead and buy the book, Call 02-582-2212 or write to sifraa@netvision.net.ilI look forward to studying the Psalms with you!
