 The letter בּ  ב  has two forms, one for the beginning of a word or  syllable, this is the form with the dagesh or dot in the middle.  בּ It is pronounced like the letter B .  The other form ב doesn't have the dot and is pronounced like the letter V

The letter Bet with all the vowels:

בִּ	בֵּ	בֶּ	בַּ	בָּ
bee	bey	beh	baa	baaa
בְּ	בֻּ	בּוּ	בֹּ	בּוֹ
bei	boo	boo	boh	boh

The letter  vet with all the vowels:

בִ	בֵ	בֶ	בַ	בָ
vee	vey	veh	vaa	vaaa
בְ	בֻ	בוּ	בֹ	בוֹ
vei	voo	voo	voh	voh

The verb Come in Hebrew
בּוֹא	בוא	command : Come
לָבוֹא	לבוא	Infinitive to come
בָּא	בא	I come, he comes, you come mas singular
בָּאָה	באה	I come, she comes, you come fem singular
בָּאִים	באים	We come they come mas plural
בָּאוֹת	באות	We come they come fem plural
אֲנִי בָּא לַמְּסִבָּה		I come to the party. mas and fem sing
אַתְּ בָּאָה לִמְסִבָּה?		Do you go to the party? fem sing
אֲנַחְנוּ בָּאִים לבמסיבה		We go to the part.mas and fem plural
הֵן בָּאוֹת לַמְּסִבָּה		They go to the party = fem plural
