The Letter ק sounds like the letter K.
It is a strong letter, there are no changes, like for throat letters.
The first is the block letter if it is handwritten, and the second is the cursive form. I wrote both.
I usually like to use the handwriting forms of all the letters it is faster and most people's Hebrew handwriting is legible.
